What’s instore? You can look forward to app improvements, streamlined hierarchy and organisational charts in our HCM software, and changes to the way payslips can be extracted in payroll.

In a Hybrid or Remote work environment this feature enables people to gain a greater understanding of their colleagues, their work skills, and their interest, both inside and outside of the workplace.
Document centre enhancements

Talking onboard all your fantastic feadback, we will be making some enhancements to our document centre.
Irish payroll

We will be rolling out our award-winning Next Generation software so that businesses in Ireland will be able to run their payroll.
Document centre (Mobile App)

As an extension of our recently released document centre feature on desktop, employees will be able to read and sign documents from the Mobile App.
Themes

Drive employee engagement and your brand across the Moorepay platform. Personalise the experience with logos, buttons, and menu colours.
Organisational chart

Improved workforce clarity and visibility. The whole business will be able to see the entire company structure in a new organisation chart view.

Merge API integration

Working closely with the Merge mapping tool, we’ll be expanding our portfolio of third-party integrations, allowing data to flow from Moorepay to Merge reducing manual input from customers.
Make API integration

We’ll be working closely with Make, our integration will enable connectivity to BambooHR and other HR systems.
Preboarding

We’ll be supporting the employee journey, before they have even begun their time with your business. Focusing on the preboarding flow in our software.
Authorisation delegation

Managers will save time while employees enjoy quicker approvals as team members have the ability to defer authorisation to other employees.
Onboarding

Improve the experience and the initial orientation period of the employee. We’ll be improving existing features, and developing new features in the software.
Interactive pay

Get live updates as and when you run your payroll with an interactive dashboard.

Chief Product & Technology Officer
Ant is responsible for the product life-cycle within Moorepay for all products, covering product roadmaps, future product strategy, research and development, engineering, functional design, market analysis, requirements gathering and release management. Ant has 20+ years’ experience in the tech sector and has worked previously for Hilton, Micros Fidelio and Microsoft in technical, operational and commercial roles. For the last 15 years Ant has put all his passion, expertise and experience into the challenge of ensuring customers adopt and achieve the best value from their HR and Payroll technologies. Qualified and a member of professional bodies such as BCS, ITIL, Prince2, CIPD and CIPP, he drives a balance of leading edge innovation and industry relevance to the Moorepay product set. Outside of work Ant’s passion is yacht and dinghy sailing both inland and offshore. In his words: “there’s no better way to relax and wind down than being on the water with your family with no sight of land.” LinkedIn

Ines joined Moorepay’s parent company, Zellis, in October 2016 where she began her career in payroll on the payroll customer service help desk. Thanks to her hard work and passion for payroll, she was quickly promoted to Senior Payroll Administrator. In 2021, Ines joined Moorepay’s product development team as a Payroll Product Associate. She’s now responsible for our legislation roadmap and loves the challenge and excitement that comes with a new role. Ines is degree qualified and completed her Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Team Leader qualification with Distinction. When she’s not working hard at Moorepay, you’ll find Ines on long country walks with her pet Whippet, Buddy.

Sean has been working in the payroll industry for 8 years. He joined Moorepay in summer 2018 as an implementation consultant specialising in payroll. Before that he had five years’ experience at various household brands as an in-house payroll specialist. Prior to working in the payroll sector, Sean have had a varied career, working in sales, customer service, as a gunner in the Armed Forces, and as both a guard and a driver for South West Trains.
Being technically and analytically minded, Sean excels when working with software and large data sets. Sean’s commitment to personal development means he stays up-to-date with changing legislation as well as trends and technological innovations in the industry.
When he’s not implementing our new customers, Sean is a keen home baker and enjoys hiking in the hills of West Yorkshire.

Wayne Humphreys

Technical Product Manager
Wayne has more than 30 years’ experience in Payroll & HR Software development and most of this has been working for Zellis and Moorepay. During his career, Wayne has held a wide range of technical roles, from Systems Analyst and Programmer, Senior Software Engineer, and Technical Lead, to his current position as Technical Product Manager for the API & Connectors Team. He’s worked with many different organisations including local government and the NHS. His in-depth experience spans UK payroll and legislation, as well as Irish payroll. He’s also worked on our international products for France, the Middle East, Australia, New Zealand, Hong Kong and Singapore. Wayne was instrumental in setting up the API team at Moorepay back in 2019, and he’s been part of that fast-growing team ever since. He’s passionate about developing products in the exciting world of APIs, Connectors and third party products and tools. Outside of work, you’ll find Wayne enjoying Hockey and Tennis for his local club )he also rather enjoys the social side of team sports too!) Connect with Wayne on LinekdIn

Leanne is our Senior Product associate for payroll and joined us in early July 2022 after gaining over 7 years payroll experience in both Umbrella Payroll and Payroll Bureau before moving over to work in the product ownership side of payroll software.

Leanne is a certified CSPO with good experience and knowledge in the agile ways of working and is excited to be working with Moorepay. She is also looking forward to working on the future development of the product and any challenges it brings along the way.

When not at work Leanne can be found either attending live music concerts, walking her bulldog or out competing with her horse.
