How does an EAP actually work?

  • Assessment

    An employee or family member calls the helpline, which will be answered by a fully trained and qualified counsellor who will provide initial support.
  • Counselling

    Should your employees require further support, they can be referred to a lawyer, nurse, doctor etc. according to their specific requirements.
  • Support

    All counselling cases are monitored to ensure quality and satisfaction. The case manager will continue to assess the employee until case resolution.
