However, here at Moorepay we’re really keen to make sure that those who have forgotten their cashback is there can still get access to this within a period of time. Therefore, if an employee comes back to us within 6 months we can still facilitate giving this cashback to the employee.

Yes, employees can access discounts directly from the Moorepay Mobile App by simply selecting discounts. From here they’ll see the same discounts they see on desktop. As an admin you won’t need to do anything to ensure this functionality is live.

If you’re new to Moorepay and implementing discounts as part of a payroll or HR provision this platform will go live with your other software/ service. If you’re an existing Moorepay customer and have added discounts to your package you should allow up to four weeks for go live.
