App store review submissions

  1. The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 years or over, except employees of Moorepay, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with administration of the prize draw. Entries into the draw are limited to one per person.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter, and no purchase is necessary.
  3. The prize consists of a £50 Amazon voucher.
  4. The prize draw is open to all who have completed a Mooreapy app store review in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  5. Moorepay accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  6. To enter the prize draw, simply complete an app store review in either the Google Play store or the Apple App Store and submit your details in the Teams form provided..
  7. All entries must be received between 9am 12/12/2022 and 5pm 31/01/2023. Entries received after 5pm 31/01/2023 will not be accepted. The prize draw will be held 01/02/2023
  8. The draw will be supervised by an independent person. The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants who have submitted a completed survey which has been received in accordance with these terms and conditions.
  9. The winner will be notified by email at the email address supplied when submitting the survey. The prize may be delivered to an address detailed by the winner in ensuing correspondence, which must be within the United Kingdom; or via email.
  10. The prize must be accepted as offered and there are no alternatives. The decision of Moorepay is final and no correspondence or negotiation will be entered into in relation to the outcome of the prize draw. Moorepay accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete, delayed, damaged, not received or wrongly delivered for any reason whatsoever.
  11. Moorepay reserves its right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of unavailability issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
  12. In entering into this prize draw you agree that we may name your company for the purposes of advertising, promotion and publicity in relation to this prize draw and without additional compensation.
  13. In entering into this prize draw you agree that we may contact you in response to any of the information provided in the survey.
  14. Moorepay is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes other than for the marketing of Moorepay branded products and services.   15. Participants are deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions upon entry. Moorepay reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
  16. Moorepay reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the prize draw where it becomes necessary to do so.
  17. The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
