About Paragon Housing Association

Paragon Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord. Operating as a “not for profit organisation” the bulk of their income is used for the management, maintenance and improvement of over 1,400 properties located in the Clackmannanshire, Falkirk and Stirling local authority areas.

Initially established in 1998, they provide homes at social rent levels. Their tenants may be eligible for assistance with meeting their rental payments through housing benefits or universal credit. They work hard to maintain the best standard of living for their tenants.

What we did for them

In 2017 Paragon started their journey with Moorepay. Today Moorepay provide a Managed Payroll Service and Managed Auto Enrolment to their business.

As part of our Managed Payroll Service, Paragon have an account manager backed up by a service support team who take care of processing and checking payroll to ensure their 25 employees are paid on time, every time.

Our Managed Auto Enrolment service takes the hassle out of managing employee pension contributions for Paragon. As part of the service we calculate employee and employer contributions alongside payroll. Making sure to re-enrol employees every three years in-line with legislation and providing default contributions. There’s no hassle with opt-outs, we ensure these employees aren’t included in contributions.

The main aim of the service we provide to Paragon, like with our other customers, is to make payroll easy. We save them time, money and resources so this can be better spent elsewhere in the business.
