Customer Onboarding Survey Incentive

01. Moorepay is a registered data user under the Data Protection Act 2018. We will not make your personal details available to other companies for marketing purposes other than for the marketing of Moorepay branded products and services. By submitting this questionnaire you agree to our terms and conditions as detailed below.

02. The prize consists of a £20 Amazon voucher.

03. The prize draw is open to all customers who have have completed the customer onboarding survey.

04. Entries into the draw are limited to one per person and no entries are permitted on behalf of third parties.

05. To enter the prize draw, simply complete the survey online and submit your details.

06. There will be a prize draw once every three months and all respondents within the previous three month period will be entered into the draw.

07. The draw will be supervised by an independent person. The winner will be drawn at random from all entrants who have submitted completed surveys within the previous three month period.

08. The winner will be notified on the email address supplied when submitting the survey. The prize will be delivered to an address detailed by the winner in ensuing correspondence, which must be within the United Kingdom.

09. The prize must be accepted as offered and there are no alternatives. The decision of Moorepay is final and no correspondence or negotiation will be entered into in relation to the outcome of the prize draw. Moorepay accepts no responsibility for entries which are incomplete, delayed, damaged, not received or wrongly delivered for any reason whatsoever.

11. Moorepay reserves its right to substitute a prize of equal or higher value in the event of product unavailability issues or other unforeseen circumstances.
