We’ve made significant improvements to our infrastructure, to ensure you can take advantage of these please follow the steps below which are relevant to your browser.

Clearing the Cache on your broswer

Please read instructions as per your browser.

  • Path
    Microsoft Edge
    1. Open Microsoft Edge, select Menu (3 dots icon on top right corner of the browser) > Settings > Privacy & services.
    2. Under Clear browsing data, select Choose what to clear.
    3. Select “Cached images and files” and “Cookies and other site data” check box and then select Clear.

    Chrome
    1. On your computer, open Chrome.
    2. At the top right, click More image.
    3. Click More tools image Clear browsing data.
    4. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
    5. Next to “Cookies and other site data” and “Cached images and files,” check the boxes.
    6. Click Clear data.

     

  • Safari
    1. From the home screen, Select Settings > Safari.
    2. At the bottom of Safari’s settings screen, Select Clear cookies and data or Clear Cookies and Clear Cache.
    3. Confirm when prompted.
  • Firefox
    1. Click the menu button image and select Settings.
    2. Select the Privacy & Security panel.
    3. In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data….

    4. Remove the check mark in front of Cookies and Site Data.
    5. With Cached Web Content check marked, click the Clear button.
    6. Close the about:preferences page. Any changes you’ve made will automatically be saved.
